The platform ingests, extracts, and cleans unstructured data via a robust python-docx pipeline. At its core is a custom-finetuned Large Language Model backed by an iterative 'Output-to-Revision' dataset optimization loop. The architecture deploys model capabilities through specialized endpoints: an automated ELN2Word module that dynamically converts lab notebook records into structured reports, and an autonomous WebUI that delivers high-quality PDF/Word/Text translations coupled with real-time output quality scoring. This project bridges advanced generative AI with day-to-day pharmaceutical and biochemical research documentation."
