"To address the bottlenecks of traditional enzyme screening, I spearheaded the development of an AI computer vision-based high-throughput screening platform. By engineering the ColorReader-96 system, we automated the entire pipeline from image capture and segmentation to color-space conversion and sorting. The platform extracts precise pixel values from 96-well plates to predict critical chemical metrics (such as $ee$ values) instantly. This solution effectively replaces costly Gas Chromatography (GC) methods with near-zero-cost computational models, ultimately delivering an extraordinary 5,400x boost in operational efficiency and cutting experimental detection costs by 94.79%."
